Communications Planning

Using insight to drive outcomes.

The most effective marketing is delivered on an individual basis across multiple channels - from propositions routed in insight, and crafted into compelling messaging and remarkable experiences.

People are moved to act by how they feel, as much as by how they think.

We'll help you better connect with your customers by combining data, research, and behavioural psychology to derive insight that fuels campaigns that engage your audiences at scale.

We’ll help you understand your audience segments, the context, the competitive set, best practice, and opportunities for successful communication. We help identify hard-to-reach groups that might otherwise be excluded from digital channels, and help you design ways to engage with them.

Based on insight, we’ll work with you to formulate strategies that connect better - whether that's acquisition, retention marketing (CRM), operational demand avoidance, or encouraging behaviour change. We’ll develop propositions and messaging to create better journeys and better communications.

We explore the full user journey, from driving initial contact, to ongoing communications and examining if users’ needs are being fulfilled.

We’ll shepherd the work through to output, reviewing and ensuring it stays on brief against the strategy. Working with our analytics team, we’ll evaluate the outcomes and return on marketing investment (ROMI), developing learnings for future iterations, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement - helping empower your teams with the knowledge and insight to develop award-winning, effective campaigns.

"We enjoyed working with DCX and have been impressed with their strategic insight, creativity, and focus on better outcomes. The campaign has been well received by the Met Office and our partners, and has helped engage and build understanding of the accuracy of our forecasts amongst the public."
