Working at DCX

We know that being a DCX-er is about more than just the job you’re doing; so not only do we make things better for our clients, we strive to do the same for our people. That’s why we have a whole host of extras to make DCX the place you see yourself settling for the long run.

We put our focus on your health, wealth, happiness, and growth to create a safe and inclusive space for you to thrive.

Whether it’s about having access to ongoing development opportunities, the ability to work flexibly, taking time to socialise and connect with your colleagues, or the chance to make a difference in the community, we’ll support you with it.

Time off

Along with your holiday entitlement, you’ll get an extra day off for your birthday and even more for some of those big life events.

Wealth

Everyone loves saving a few pennies where they can, so we give you access to retail and well-being discount platforms, along with our Cycle to Work scheme, Healthcare cashplan, and reimbursement for things like flu jabs and eye care, so you can spend your hard-earned cash on the more important things in life.

Hybrid working

We understand the importance of work-life balance and are fully supportive of hybrid working.

That’s why we’ll set you up with everything you need to comfortably work from home on the days you aren’t collaborating and catching up with your fellow DCXers in our lively London, Edinburgh, or Poland offices.

Getting social

There’s always something going on here at DCX, with events to suit everyone.

We have big parties twice a year, monthly ‘all hands’ meet-ups, regular socials (quizzes, table tennis tournaments, or just gathering in the kitchen around the latest tasty treat…) and exercise/interest groups, just to name a few.

DEI & CSR

Being a people-focused agency means we need a people-focused group leading the charge. With reps from across our various teams, our People & Culture group get together regularly to drive workstreams around diversity & inclusion, sustainability, health & well-being, and social.

Our Helping Hands initiative is our way of giving back to the community, where we partner with charities chosen by our people and give you the opportunity to donate your time to causes close to your heart too.

Learning & development

Development means all kinds of different things to different people. That’s why we never take a one size fits all approach and we adapt our offering to give everyone the opportunity to thrive.

With our Lunch Network programme, we get external speakers and our own internal experts to teach us all something new. We also offer individual opportunities to join us via apprenticeship and entry level programmes, or gain certifications and qualifications once you’re with us.
