In a successful collaboration with our client, Avanti West Coast, we are the proud winners of the ‘Customer Engagement and Loyalty’ award from The Marketing Society. This award reflects our commitment to crafting impactful, customer-centric marketing communications that drive engagement and foster loyalty.

Powered by the team of experts at Paragon DCX, the Club Avanti programme uses Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver a dynamic, hyper-personalised trigger email journey, underpinned by the Avanti West Coast marketable database. Working closely with the Avanti team, we continue to make improvements to the programme as consumer needs evolve, ensuring its members feel valued and connected to the brand.

This innovative work has also earned Avanti West Coast the distinction of ‘Best Loyalty Initiative Within Travel’ at the International Loyalty Awards. This award also highlights the effectiveness of Club Avanti in significantly enhancing customer loyalty and engagement within the travel sector.
