Background

The Met Office has been running marketing campaigns for years to try to improve the public’s perception of them as a reliable weather source with accurate forecasts. This activity proved to be a bigger challenge than they anticipated.

The Met Office stopped campaign activity during the Covid-19 pandemic, and as life started to return to normal, they wanted to reach a wider audience and change what people thought of their brand.
