Long live business agility - we spoke to Emma Humbey, Head of Marketing at Philips UK&I, about how the term digital transformation has evolved and what she’s doing in her role at Philips to encourage a marketing-led approach.
Emma works on the health system side of Philips, focusing on the UK & Ireland market. Her previous role was digital lead, with a focus on e-commerce, specifically seeing how they can move more into the Direct 2 Business (D2B) space through online-only channels.
Her ambition over the last couple of years has been focused on driving a more digital-first mindset into the organisation and thinking about innovative approaches of doing things to show return on investment.
