To mark World Mental Health Day – a day that helps to improve knowledge, raise awareness, and drive actions that promote and protect everyone's mental health - the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) is launching a new education and health programme called ‘Put Sleep First’.
Poor sleep is something that can affect anyone of any age. Poor sleep can lead to longer-term impacts on people’s physical and mental health. The Put Sleep First programme aims to support the improvement of sleep by providing informative and helpful resources, tips, and tools to enable everyone across the UK to build good sleep habits.
