As one of the largest insurance companies in the UK, Direct Line Group (DLG) is a trusted name across many households and comprises a number of well-known insurance brands including Direct Line, Churchill, Privilege, and Green Flag.
DCX has been a strategic partner to DLG for over 10 years. From build in 2001, we've hosted and maintained DLG's customer datamart database (CDM).
During that time, DLG has relied heavily on their CDM database for targeted marketing, research, and service activity which has all helped to drive incremental sales, support customer and marketing intelligence, and deliver operational efficiencies.
Despite the immense benefits DLG received, and whilst we made small incremental improvements during the life of their CDM, the world had moved on.
It was time for a new CDM for DLG.
